Introduction
These Terms and Conditions define the relationship between the online store sanahome.gr managed by “SANALIDIS GEORGIO” with registered office 4 Meg. Alexandrou 4, 52100 Kastoria, Tax ID 021514626, GEMI 071030810000 and IOY: Kastoria, as the seller and you, our Customer, who enters into a sales contract with us.
Any sale of products through the sanahome.gr website is governed by these terms of transactions and the terms of use posted similarly on the sanahome.gr website. By entering the sanahome.gr website and using the services of the online store, you are deemed to have irrevocably consented to and unconditionally accepted these terms, without exception.

If you choose to access this website from another country, you are responsible for following the laws of that country. The above terms constitute the entire agreement with sanahome.gr which has the right to make modifications to the content of the site and the above terms without any notice.
You must also refrain from transmitting any material in any form that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt and damage, destroy or impair the operation of any software or computer hardware. Also, by using sanahome.gr you acknowledge and consent that all members, affiliates, employees, management and other partners of sanahome.gr are not liable for any damages incurred by third parties using sanahome.gr. Any use contrary to the above except for criminal or civil penalties, will result in the termination of the services provided without any notice.
TERMS AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
1. Product information
The photos depicting the products are indicative and can in no way be binding for sanahome.gr. In addition, with regard to the characteristics and descriptions of products that come from our partners or suppliers, sanahome.gr is exempt from any liability with regard to the validity of their content.
2. The item for sale
The characteristics of the products for sale are available and can be obtained by following the search instructions listed on the sanahome.gr website and by clicking on the name of the corresponding product.
3. Prices
The prices indicated on the website are in euros and include all taxes, except for shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Sanahome.gr reserves the right to modify the prices of the products on its website at any time.
sanahome.gr reserves the right to reject any order that includes incorrect prices that may have occurred due to the input of incorrect data, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing, mistranslation, etc.
4. Availability
Please note that we execute your order subject to our available stock and that the stated product availabilities are indicative and not binding. In the event that any of our products are not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by email within 2 working days of the date of the order, informing you of the time period within which the product can be delivered to you or of any complete shortage of the product in question.
5. Delivery methods
sanahome.gr sends its products via courier service. The order will be prepared within the day subject to the condition that the product you ordered is available in stock, otherwise, subject always to the same reservation, it will be prepared within the next working day.
Additional information may be requested and/or required to validate your purchase. Therefore, and in order to avoid any delay, we invite you to place your order using at least an active and registered or business email address and a telephone number (landline or mobile) so that we can contact you at any time.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the products you choose and the place of delivery.
Delivery times stated on the website are indicative and may be subject to change. sanahome.gr will make every effort to dispatch the products to you within the working days indicated as delivery time on each product on the website or when confirming the order.
sanahome.gr cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of your parcel by the carrier. In the event of non-receipt of the parcel within the stated deadlines, sanahome.gr will initially carry out a check with the carrier, which may take up to a maximum of 15 days. During this period, no compensation or reshipment can take place. After the 15-day period has expired without action, the order will be cancelled, so if you have paid the price by credit or debit card, the price will be refunded to you within 15 days of the expiry of the above period at the latest. The method of refund will be determined by personal communication with you by e-mail or by telephone, after the necessary written identification of the data has first been carried out. In any case, the cancellation of the order as described above cannot establish any liability of sanahome.gr.
6. Payment

7. Cancellation of order
sanahome.gr has a mechanism for cancelling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been placed. For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to info@sanahome.gr. This possibility is provided if the e-mail is received by us on working days no later than 13:00 and no later than the time we inform you of the dispatch of your order.
8. Return of products
Sana Home provides the following regarding the return of products:
● 14 days of return possibility.
You have the right to return the products purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. The amount to be refunded to you corresponds to the net value of the product, i.e. excluding shipping costs and the cost of replacement.
Returns are accepted provided that:
● You have contacted our online store on the same day or the next working day of the day of receipt.
● The products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with.
● The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
For your wish to return the products you purchased from our online store, you must notify us by phone at 2467022726 or by email at info@sanahome.gr with the subject “Product Return Request”> indicating the date/number of the purchase document within the above deadline. The address to which the products must be sent for return is: 4 Megalou Alexandrou Alexandrou 4 52100 Kastoria.
You have two options which are:
● Exchange the product with any other of your choice or.
● Return your money to your bank account.

9. Contact us
sanahome.gr shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond sanahome.gr’s control or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Indicative examples may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such events last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
10. Amendment of the terms of this Agreement
sanahome.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will be effective from the moment this document is notified of any change.
11. Miscellaneous
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in effect.
